Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 간호 대학생의 생명의료윤리와 간호 윤리 의식간의 관계를 확인하기 위함이다.
방법: 연구 대상자의 평균 연령은 20.93세 이었고 총 311명으로 편의표본 추출에 의해 선정되었다. 자료수집은 2016년 5월 2일부터 16일까지 대상자가 자가 질문지에 응답함으로 수집되었다.
결과: 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리에 유의한 항목은 윤리교육 여부(p<.05)이었고, 간호윤리에 통계적으로 유의한 항목은 성(p<.01)과 직업관(p<.05)이었다. 생명의료윤리의식과 간호윤리의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 양의 상관관계를 나타났으며, 생명의료윤리의식이 간호윤리에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 회귀분석을 시행한 결과, 간호윤리가 유의한 것으로 나타났고 모형의 설명력 Adj R2 은 20.0%이었다.
결론: 본 연구 결과는 한국 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 간호윤리관을 이해하는데 기초적인 도움이 될 것이다.

Purpose: This study identifies the relationships between the perception of nursing ethics and biomedical ethics in Korean nursing students.
Methods: A total of 311 participants with a mean of 20.93 years were recruited using a convenient sampling method. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from May 2 to May 16, 2016.
Results: Biomedical ethics were significantly different according to education of ethics. Nursing ethics among nursing students were significantly different according to gender and a view of the occupation. Positive correlations were found between the perception of biomedical ethics and nursing ethics. The perception of biomedical ethics was a significant predictor of nursing ethics with an explanatory power of 16.0% of the variance.
Conclusion: The findings of this study may provide a basic data to understand the biomedical ethics among Korean nursing students.
